On Nov. 7, thousands of bananas washed up onto the beaches on Terschelling Island in Northern Netherlands. The media has been playing it off as an accident as if a load of banana containers from a cargo ship were innocently swept into the water. I know better. There’s a very happy monkey in Warsaw, Poland, right now.
